IT06-K-Madagascar Nosy Be: Tsara Komba ***

Tsara Komba is situated on Nosy Komba (the Lemur Island) on a golden beach surrounded by crystal clear waters. To get to Nosy Komba you leave Nosy Be's Hellville harbour by speedboat which takes 30 minutes. Tsara Komba has six tastefully decorated bungalows in traditional Malagasy wood.

There are two standard bungalows (75m²) and four VIP suite bungalows (95m²) which have an extra lounge leading onto the veranda.

All the bungalows have en-suite bathrooms - showers only, king size beds (with mosquito nets), large verandas (dinner and breakfast can be served there) and magnificent sea views. One single bed can be added to the standard bungalows and two single beds to the VIP suite bungalows.

The panoramic restaurant "Les Flibustiers" specialises in local cuisine and this hotel prides itself in the food it serves. Tsara Komba offers a great selection of wines and spirits. A corkage fee is charged if you intend to bring your own drinks.

Activities: Walking on Nosy Komba, visit the lemur sanctuary, scuba diving, canoeing, sailing, fishing and excursions to Nosy Be can all be arranged from the hotel.

No credit cards accepted at Tsara Komba. Please take Euro cash or Travellers’ Cheques.
Children are accepted at Tsara Komba. We personally think it is not suitable for small children.
Christmas and New Year’s Eve supplements are included in our quotations.
Minimum stay is 4 nights during peak season 19DEC 2008 to 08JAN 2009 and 16JUL-31AUG 2009.

Itinerary: 7 nights

DAY 1: Fly to Antananarivo (Tana), the lively Malagasy capital in the Central Highlands. On arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to Palissandre Hotel & Spa or Relais des Plateaux for one night on bed and breakfast basis (B&B).

DAY 2: Transfer to the airport and fly to Nosy Be Island. A Tsara Komba representative will meet you on arrival. Transfer by car to Hellville harbour and a 30 minute boat ride to Nosy Komba, where Tsara Komba is situated. You will be staying for six nights on a full board basis.
DAY 8: Transfer to the airport and fly back to Antananarivo. Make your way to the international departure lounge and check in for your flight to Johannesburg.

Prices include:

International (departure from Johannesburg) and internal Malagasy flights, all accommodation and meals as indicated and all airport-hotel transfers.

Prices Do Not include:

Meals not indicated, drinks, tips to guides, porters etc., any personal expenses, travel insurance, internet access, airport taxes and visa fees.
