The village of Sette Cama is to the south and on the edge of the new Loango National Park. Access to the lodge is normally by boat from Gamba town - 1.5 hours journey time.Sette Cama Lodge lies on the edge of the village on the lagoon edge and is surrounded by natural scrubby vegetation.From the lodge one can hear the sound of the oceanabout 400 metres away.The lodge comprises 5 wooden chalets with private bathrooms, mosquito nets. The restaurant-bar is separate and overlooks the lagoon.Activities here include fishing, birding, walking, exploring the lagoons by boat. For birders this is an excellent location for Rufous-tailed Palm-thrush and the endemic Loango Weaver.
