The Moriah Hill Resort is a new, 4-star hotel that opened in August 2007 in Kibuye. Situated on the shore of Lake Kivu it has a lovely setting with views across the lake to the many small islands. Moriah Hill Resort has 18 lovely en-suite rooms in total – (16 rooms and 2 apartment/suites). It has a good restaurant, a bar and a man-made beach from where you can take scenic boat trips along the lake shore, to Gisenyi and also to Napoleon's Island.
