Madagascar: Tulear - Victory Hotel ***
A brand new hotel on the airport road, about ten minutes from the city centre. Open, spacious restaurant with large pool set in a lovely garden with nineteen bungalows scattered around the pool. Conference room and fitness room. All rooms have a safe, fridge, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower and toilet. The two suites have a little lounge area with a desk and a bathroom with big bath. Swimming pool is open to public on weekends which means that it can be rather congested.
