La Plaine des Palmistes: La Ferme du Pommeau
La Ferme du Pommeau is situated in the heart of the mountains in a typical in a typical Reunion village. There are 15 en suite rooms, with a telephone, TV and heater. The restaurant serves Creole cuisine. There are two small lounges, a conference room and piano bar. The guesthouse is 1000m above sea level, 30-45 minutes from the coast and 20 minutes from the road leading to Piton de la Fournaise, a very active volcano. Visit the Bebour-Belouve forest and Cascade Biberon.
