Leaving your hotel and driving east to Saint Andre here there are many colourful Tamil temples. Salazie another one of the cirques, is a 20-minute drive from Saint Andre a splendid road that runs along Riviere du Mat. Visit the spectacular waterfalls of Voile de la Marie(Brides Veil), MarePoule d'Eau, Bras des Fleurs Jaunes and enjoy the numerous walks in the area. At the bottom of Salazie lies Hellbourg rated amongst the prettiest villages in Reunion. Take a walk through the Creole houses and visit the springs and historical centre. Lunch at a Creole restaurant in Hellbourg.

After lunch visit the Maison de la Vanille (Vanilla Cooperation) in Bras Panon. You will learn about the different stages of vanilla processing from the harvest to the drying of pods. Drive back to the hotel.
