Seychelles: Praslin - Coco de Mer ***+

Coco de Mer is situated on Anse Bois de Rose (southern coast) in about 200 acres of lush tropical vegetation, overlooking the Indian Ocean. Bays and coves dot the coastline, making this property one of the most romantic on Praslin. The hotel blends in perfectly with the natural surroundings and each room has private terraces and enticing hammocks. The rooms offer sophisticated elegance, enhanced by the colours of the sea, sand and vegetation - a prelude to a tranquil, romantic and unforgettable holiday. Each room has an open bathroom with corner baths offering guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy a glass of champagne, whilst absorbing the surrounding nature and sea views, from the privacy of their own bath.

All rooms have a lounge area with one or two couches, which can be converted into beds for children or for an extra adult. Each room has the same interior and the only difference is that the 18 superior rooms are situated directly on the beach terrace whilst the remaining 22 standard rooms are situated in the surrounding gardens. All rooms are sea facing with sea views.

Room amenities: hair-dryer, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini bar, IDD telephone, room safe, satellite TV, radio and tea & coffee facilities. Interconnecting rooms are available.

Restauarants
The Hibiscus is the main restaurant serving Creole cuisine and for light meals and cool drinks are served at the Mango restaurant at the pool side.

Other amenities
Small boutique, roofed wharf for weddings, sundowners and cocktails, tennis court, squash court, fitness room, mini golf, giant floor chess set, board games, swimming pool with loungers, two large man-made beaches above the waterline on either side of the hotel supplementing the central natural beach.

The hotel offers bicycle hire, nature walks exploring the endemic flora and fauna and the rare Black Parrot found in the area and a casino and shops are all within walking distance.

ITINERARY: 7 night

DAY 1: Depart from Johannesburg International Airport for your flight to the Seychelles. On arrival at the airport in Mahe, our agents will meet you and assist with the check in for your flight to Praslin Island.Transfer to the Coco de Mer Hotel where you will be staying for 7 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.

DAY 8: Transfer to the airport and check in for your return flight to Mahe and flight back to Johannesburg.

Pricing includes

International flight (departure from Johannesburg) and internal flights, hotel accommodation and meals as indicated, all airport-hotel transfers.

Not included

Meals not indicated, drinks, tips, personal expenses, internet access, travel insurance and airport taxes.
