The Black Parrot Suites are located on Praslin. Set on the edge of the ocean, it offers spectacular views of the neighbouring islands, forested mountainside and glorious sunsets. The Black Parrot Suites are perched separately from the main hotel (Coco der Mer) on a little hillside which lies on the edge of the ocean. There are several small beaches which form part of Anse Bois de Rose, a large tranquil bay. Perfect for couples and honeymooners, this tiny property has just 12 beautifully designed rustic suites.An intimate and very stylish little retreat, the Black Parrot is a friendly family-run hotel on Praslin Island. Set amid rocks and trees on a low hillside overlooking two romantic white-sand beaches on heavenly Anse Bois de Rose Bay, with spectacular views of the surrounding islands, the Black Parrot Suites offers seclusion for couples.
The large air-conditioned rooms offer four-poster king sized beds, ceiling fans, IDD telephones, radios, television, mini fridge, wall safe, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, a sitting area and private balcony. The en-suite bathrooms have fresh hot and cold water, showers and semi-circular corner baths. They are en-suite, spacious and luxurious, without sacrificing the easy going island atmosphere and lifestyle. Each has a king-size four-poster bed, living area (with two corner sofas convertible to beds) and spacious bathroom with shower and corner bath. Private balconies offer superb sea views. All the Suites have air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, telephone, tea/coffee-maker, hairdryer, safe & satellite TV.
One VIP Suite has a private courtyard with Jacuzzi The Hotel is well known for its excellent cuisine, which offers quality and quantity, presentation and variety, served with a smile.
The Hibiscus Restaurant - A combination of International & Creole cuisine; BBQs, buffets & Table d’hote is served. The emphasis is on quality, variety, professional presentation and service. The Friday evening Creole buffets and displays are not to be missed. Breakfast: An English breakfast is served, with a range of hot and cold options, fresh tropical fruits, Italian coffee and freshly baked croissants. T
he Fisherman’s Wharf - The pool grill is open for lunch and offers succulent seafood, sandwiches and light snacks. You can also enjoy an exotic sundowner or a refreshing drink after a dip in the pool. Clients are welcome to reserve a table at the adjacent Black Parrot Suites restaurant as well.

Prevailing winds and tides can cause a build up of seaweed typically May through October however one beach is cleaned throughout this period. However a complimentary shuttle service operates regularly to the nearby picturesque Anse Lazio beach.
ITINERARY: 7 nights
- DAY 1: Depart from Johannesburg International Airport for your flight to the Seychelles. On arrival at the airport in Mahe, our agents will meet you and assist with the check in for your flight to Praslin Island.Transfer to the Black Parrot Suites where you will be staying for 7 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.
- DAY 8: Transfer to the airport and check in for your return flight to Mahe and flight back to Johannesburg.
