Lemuria Resort is a Deluxe Resort and is ideally situated in an idyllic location on the north west coast of the island, just 5 minutes from Praslin Airport. Surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, it has three secluded white sandy beaches washed by the warm waters of a lagoon on one side and open seas on the other. It has an 18-hole championship golf course.

The architecture and interior design were created with natural materials such as wood, stone, pink granite and thatch. Everything is in total harmony with the environment and in accordance with the strict conservation regulations that govern and protect the outstanding beauty of the Seychelles. To respect nature, even the lighting has been ingeniously designed so that turtles are not disturbed when they come ashore at night to lay their eggs. Accommodation

Suites - 96 Suites, 8 Villas and 1 Presidential Villa, all oriented towards the Indian Ocean, spreading over 101 hectares of land. The suites lie scattered along two pristine beaches, one southwest and one north west. Each suite is positioned just 15 metres from the shore, discreetly nestled in the magnificent nature.

Junior Suites - 88 Junior Suites (52m²), situated amidst the golf course, in lodges on the edge of the lush interior. All single-storey and well equipped, the emphasis is on privacy, intimacy and harmony with the natural surroundings. Each suite is designed along minimalist, yet luxurious style with ceiling fans, large bathrooms, a veranda as well as hammocks and sun loungers in the shade of overhanging palm trees. All suites have shower, WC, hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, TV, DVD, stereo compact disc and cassette player, telephone and answering machine.
Junior suite: 2 adults & 1 child sharing (under 12 years), special rates apply for children/adolescents in own junior suite. 10 interconnecting rooms available

Senior Suites - the 8 Senior Suites (115m²) are all exceptionally spacious. The suites were designed to blend in with the outstanding natural beauty of its surroundings. Each lavishly appointed room has all the facilities as described for junior suites and in addition has a separate lounge and a double size terrace. All suites have shower, WC, hair-dryer, mini-bar, safe, TV, DVD, stereo compact disc and cassette player, telephone and answering machine Each room has a Jacuzzi.
Senior suite: 2 adults & 1 extra bed for adult or 2 extra beds for 2 children (less than 12 years).

Private Pool Villas - 8 Private Pool Villas (725m²) - 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining kiosk, massage kiosk, pool deck, open-air bath, terrace and swimming pool. Featuring: Bathroom with separate bath, outside shower, air-conditioning, TV, individual safe, DVD, compact disc and Sony Play Station, mini bar, hair-dryer.

Villa Masters - Private butlers take care of every personalised service requirement throughout the guest's stay, delivering an experience beyond expectation. Guests booked in villas have access to all the hotels' facilities. iPod docking stations on request. Get your own golf cart (Buggy).

Pool Villa - 4 adults & only 1 extra bed for a child less than 12 years.

Presidential Villa (1250m²) - 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, executive office, pool deck, open-air bath, terrace and swimming pool on 3 levels. Restaurants
Legend Restaurant provides a wonderful setting for a candlelight dinner overlooking spectacular gardens. Tantalize your plate with subtle gastronomy featuring authentic original preparations.

Seahorse Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine in a more relaxed ambiance overlooking the golf course. Superb view of the 11th green, fringed by a stretch of water reflecting the surrounding unfolds in front of the restaurant.

Beach Bar and Grill Restaurant have a breathtaking view of two beaches the Small and Grand Kerlan coves, The "Beach Restaurant" is the ideal spot for grills, seafood and cold buffets. Picnic baskets are also provided on request.

Other facilities
Mini Club - The "Turtle Club" comprises a games room and a dining area. It welcomes children between 4 to 12 years of age from 09h00 - 21h00. Indoor and outdoor activities are organised daily under supervision and child menus are also available on request. Baby-sitting can be arranged - rates on request.

Leisure - The hotel provides a wide range of water and inland sports as well as recreational activities. At the boathouse, non-motorized sports are offered in order to preserve nature.

Lemuria 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Praslin; Par 70; 5341m.
It offers a great challenge to all levels of players, professionals and amateurs alike. This spectacular course borders the enchanting beaches of both the small Kerlan Cove and the Grand Kerlan Cove. Palm trees, allowing the light to intermittently filter through, fringe the first 12 holes. From the 13th hole, the course extends over the steep slopes of a thickly forested hill, with breathtaking vistas. Green fee is free of charge for residents of Lèmuria Resort.

Itinerary - 7 nights

DAY 1: Depart from Johannesburg International Airport for your flight to the Seychelles. On arrival at the airport in Mahe, our agents will meet you and assist with the check in for your flight to Praslin Island. Transfer to the Lemuria Resort where you will be staying for 7 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.

DAY 8: Transfer to the airport and check in for your return flight to Mahe and flight back to Johannesburg.
