• Minimum stay is 7 nights during peak season 27 Dec 2010 – 10 Jan 2011.
• Children are welcome in Ocean Front Villas and in some Ocean View Villas.1 child up to 16 years old in an extra bed stays free of charge (with exception peak season periods). 1 child up to 6 years old on the couch stays free of charge (entire year). For additional or older children, a second villa needs to be booked. Children can enjoy their own private butler who is trained to act as a child minder.
• Very important! For the periods 26 Dec 2010-10 Jan 2011 a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total stay value is required within 10 days of booking to guarantee the reservation. The balance of 80% non refundable deposit will be charged 63 days prior to arrival.
• Breakfast & Meal rates
• Breakfast is served à la Carte in the main restaurant and American breakfast can be served in the Villa.
• Half board / Full Board
• Hotel guests can choose, in addition to the a la carte menu, from a selection of daily menus, starting from Euro 85++ per person. Should clients desire half-board arrangements, it is recommended to book these at the hotel upon arrival. Children under 12 years will pay 50% of the applicable amount.

Rates on a fully inclusive basis include

• All daily meals, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (excluding premium brands).
• Welcome champagne on arrival as well as a 20 minute jetlag massage per person.

Itinerary: 6 nights

Day 1: Depart from Johannesburg International Airport for your flight to the Seychelles. On arrival at the airport in Mahe, our agents will meet you and assist you with your luggage. Transfer to the Maia Luxury Resort & Spa where you will be staying for 6 nights on a fully inclusive basis.

Day 7: Transfer to the airport and check in for your return flight to Mahe and flight back to Johannesburg.
