Renovation of sea wall structure 13th May to 25th June 2008. As such the left wing of the hotel will be closed , which comprises 9 Deluxe Frangipani rooms and the access to Le Bourgeois the hotel’s fine dinning restaurant. We shall seize this opportunity to upgrade these rooms according to the new Le Meridien room standards and in the mean time, also refresh our Le Bourgeois restaurant which will show you & your customers our continued commitment to offer your customers the “le Meridien Experience “. During this renovation, the Fitness center and the Spa Zen will still be operational, but the access will be diverted.

However other parts of the hotel will be fully operational and we will endeavor to complete this refurbishment for the forthcoming high season period. We would like to underline that Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove’s Superior, Deluxe rooms and Suites are NOT affected by the renovation work. This will be due to the fact that most of the renovation focuses on the interior and we will be only carrying out work in the left wing of the Resort, whilst there will be no disturbances around the pool or in any other public area of the hotel as all these facilities are situated in the right wing of the Resort. Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove will continue to function normally in every aspect.

Situated on the island of Mahe, at the tip of the beautiful beach of Beau Vallon, 30 minutes from the airport. This distinctive 70 hotel offers 19 Hibiscus rooms, 25 Frangipani rooms, 12 Bougainvillea suites, 6 Allamanda suites and 8 Orchid suites all with striking Seychellois style features. All rooms and suites open onto their own furnished, sea-facing terraces or balconies.

Guest room facilities: Each room or suite has a huge bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower, as well as separate toilet and bidet. IDD Telephone, Internet access, computers and fax machines (on request), 24 hour room service, mini bar, electronic room safe, air-conditioning, dimmer lighting, spacious dressing facilities and multi adaptors.

Hibiscus (30 m²): All rooms with spectacular view and modern open plan design. Rooms are available with either king or double beds, private terrace or balcony, separate walk in shower and oversized bathroom.

Frangipani (45 m²): bigger then Hibiscus rooms

Bougainvillea Contemporary Style Suite (55 m²): Same as above, but private decked terrace.

Allamanda Suite (65 m²): Modern designed bungalows with open plan, split level available wit king bed, decked terrace and sitting room.

Orchid Suite (70 m²): same as Allamanda Suite but bigger

Restaurants:
Le Cardinal the resorts main restaurant with a magnificent seaside view. Open for breakfast and for dinner. It combines a unique blend of exquisite cuisine and excellent wine in an elegant yet relaxed dining environment. An a la carte menu, themed dinner buffets and daily live entertainment in the evening are also offered.

Le Bourgeois: Is located on the beachfront with a spectacular view of Beau Vallon. In an open show kitchen our chefs will prepare fresh seafood to your liking, Mediterranean and local cuisine as well as light snacks.

Le Cocoloba: A lounge bar with an exceptional ocean view, the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner or a tropical cocktail after dinner. Snacks are offered during the day.

Beach service: Every day, refreshing drinks and tropical fruit will be served on the beach.

The in room multimedia/entertainment system comprises of multi-language satellite TV featuring PC games and DVD movie channels. International news, sports, music and movie channels.

Fitness Centre and Spa: Health club and spa features exercise facilities, whirlpool, massages and beauty treatments.

Sports & Leisure: A freeform pool is set on the beachfront. Tennis (one clay court equipped with flood light), snorkelling and a variety of non-motorised water sports activities are available. Scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and golf can be arranged nearby.

• DAY 1:Depart from Johannesburg International Airport for your flight to the Seychelles. On arrival at the airport in Mahe our agents will meet you and transfer you to the Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove Hotel where you will be staying for 7 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
