11 to 22 June 2008 (extension 22 to 29 June 2008) FULL

 

This itinerary takes one to the "northern circuit" destinations of Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater and the endless grassy plains of the Serengeti as well as to Arusha and Tarangire National Parks. An optional extension to this tour offers one the chance to visit the south-east corner of the country, the Usambara mountains - part of the eastern arc mountains - which are home to a host of endemic birds as well as to Pemba island.
